Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 2 Business days. Orders placed on the weekend are fulfilled on Monday.
Standard shipping is free for domestic orders over $50.
For orders under $50 or for expedited shipping, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a shipment confirmation and order tracking number once we create your shipping label.
Anatolico is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Anatolico is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All we want is for you to love your purchase.
If you decide to return a purchase, we will gladly refund you, no questions asked. Here's how it works:
Our return policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Email us and we'll prepare a return label for you.
What happens to your return?
We've never thrown anything away:)
Our returns are usually due to size or someone expecting a different type of fabric so they are washed, ironed, and re-sold.
In the rare case there is a defect we hadn't caught before shipping, we either use the items ourselves here at home or for product photography or we gift the item to friends.
We also sell defective products for a discount like our Imperfect hand or kitchen towels. These were either from a defective batch we made or the defective part of another product. If, for example, we find a defective towel we cut it into four and create three hand towels and one defective hand towel we either sell for a steep discount or give it to customers as a gift.
We can also send you another item if you prefer that to a refund. If that's the case, email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the exchange.
We can certainly replace items in the rare case they arrive defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items will be refunded at their sale price.
